Civil Engineering Design for Nassau Regional WRF Improvements

4Waters performed detailed stormwater modeling using ICPR to ensure proper drainage and water quality treatment during construction and future expansions for the 33-acre site. Two of the four existing rapid infiltration basins (RIBs) were abandoned and partially repurposed as a temporary wet detention pond, designed to manage runoff while minimizing impacts to wetlands and maintaining operational flexibility for the WRF’s future stormwater system.
