Caryle Capuyan, a Civil Engineering Student at the University of North Florida (UNF) and intern at Four Waters Engineering, was presented the Region II Volunteer of the Year award at the recent Virtual Fall Conference of the Florida Section of the American Water Works Association (FSAWWA). The American Water Works Association (AWWA) is an international nonprofit, scientific, and educational association dedicated to improving drinking water for people everywhere.
