4Waters is excited to announce that we have been certified by the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). The JTA DBE Program is comprehensive program, developed by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). This means we are qualified as a DBE for all projects funded by the U.S. DOT in the State of Florida.
