Michael Klink Presents Stormwater Master Plan

Four Waters Engineering’s Michael Klink, P.E. presented at the Town of Port Royal Public Workshop on November 5 to discuss the recently completed Stormwater Master Plan — a key step in improving the town’s stormwater system and planning for future capital investments.

The Stormwater Master Plan assesses the status of existing infrastructure and outlines improvements to meet the Town’s desired level of service. The study focuses on the area east of Battery Creek, including Old Village, the Port of Port Royal, and the North End—covering approximately 1,124 acres.

This important effort is funded by an RIA Grant and reflects the Town’s commitment to proactive planning, resilience, and sustainability.

4Waters is proud to support the Town of Port Royal in building a stronger, more flood-resilient future!
