20-Year Master Plan
Each Master Plan update incorporated advanced GIS-based modeling, system assessments, and projections of future growth and demand. These updates help ensure that JWSC’s infrastructure is positioned to meet population growth, commercial expansion, and increasing regulatory requirements over a 20-year planning horizon.
In addition to modeling and planning, 4Waters provided cost estimates, capital improvement plans, and implementation schedules. The team also facilitated workshops and presentations to coordinate with JWSC leadership. Together, these efforts ensure that JWSC’s water and sewer systems remain reliable, resilient, and capable of supporting sustainable growth well into the future.
